About us
We are a small but lively Theatre Group based in Timsbury in North East Somerset.
We aim to put on a play in the Spring, an entertainment evening in the early summer and our widely renowned pantomime in December.
We meet in the Conygre Hall, North Road, Timsbury most Tuesday evenings at 8pm and are always interested in greeting new members. You don’t even have to get up on stage – we are always seeking people with varied skills to help with productions, from scene building to costumes and music.
We also have an active social calendar, with theatre trips, skittles evenings, an annual dinner, a Treasure Hunt and various other fun activities. During the summer we have play readings to pick the following year’s productions – there is always something going on!

Throughout our productions over the last year we have raised £800 for the British Heart Foundation, huge thanks to our audiences who gave very generously.

James Greenaway- Chairman
James has perfomed for many years and joined us a few years ago. James played a formidable baddie as his first role with TTG. He is now directing his first panto.
Pete Crooke
Pete is our stage manager as well as secretary. Pete has been known to take to the stage a few times as well. Pete is a keen sailor and has sailed around the world.
Jon Hickes
Jon joined the group in 2015 and has since performed in our pantomimes and plays, he won best 'Animal Act' for playing the wolf in little red riding hood.

Sharon Wilkins - Event Organiser
Sharon has been a part of the group for many years, as well as being on stage in numerous plays and pantomimes. Sharon organises many fun activities.
Jean Willis
Jean and her husband Mick are old hands at this acting lark and joined us when they moved to high littleton. Jean has directed numerous plays for us.

Peter Buchanan - Treasurer
Peter joined the Group in 1996 and has appeared in most TTG productions since then. Peter is retired from a career as a broadcast television engineer and video editor.
Ian Clarke
Ian has been a member of the group since 1992. He has directed 3 plays and is a past chairman and treasurer. Ian is currently updating the groups archive of photos.
Jo Hickes
Jo joined TTG in 2008 and enjoys being on stage and directing. She was nominated for ‘Best Director’ at her first attempt and has since directed a few pantomimes.
